I feel increasingly intolerant of what I see as superficiality, 'playing the game', fitting in. To me these are all forms of a kind of tiring non-reality, which just gets normalised. The more I come to understand myself, the more I wish for a kind of wholesome simplicity.

Patients waiting in assessment area for frailty bed. Can’t get bed cos primary care direct admission pending admission so bed held. SAS crews stacking outside. Primary care patient can’t get ambulance. Bed stays empty all night!!! WTF. Bonkers. Brewery/up/piss, rearrange.
