#everydaysexism - at my hospital appointment this morning the consultants advice was to ask my husband to pay for me to go to a private sports injury clinic. When I pointed out his advice was unwanted he called me feisty. And people wonder why we still need feminism. FFS.

Update on this - apparently the consultant “didn’t intend to be offensive but thought it was a lighthearted way to end the consultation” ….. #lightheartedsexist
