Thank you, Julie Hudnall, for this balancing activity. My first grade Ss enjoyed collecting “candy” (beanbags) to see which team collected the most. They had to balance the “candy” on the noodle. If they dropped it, they had to start over. Pease Elementary #WhoWeAre #physed
Chain Reaction with 5th grade. Variation from Katie Mulloy Teams start with 4 hoops on their cone. If a catch is made, move 1 hoop to another team’s cone. Game ends when a team gets rid of all of their hoops. Lots of fun! #physed

“Birdie in the Bucket” or “Turkey in the Fryer” - If birdie lands in hoop = 1 point, hits bucket = 2 pts, lands inside bucket = 3 pts. Students earn popsicle sticks (feathers) for each point scored. Thx Cody Spruill Wellington ES Patricia Cuckler
