British Divers Marine Life Rescue Trailer will be on the Harbour Esplanade on Sunday 7th November at 12 noon. The rescue trailer holds all the essential equipment the area team need when they are called out to a Whale, Dolphin or Porpoise stranding.

Thanks to all who attended our event on Sunday with the British Divers Marine Life Rescue. Sadly, the event was cut short as the divers were called out to a seal rescue at Thorntonloch but it was a fantastic opportunity to see all the equipment.

The seal rescued on the day is this little guy. The grey seal pup was likely abandoned by its mother and was malnourished. It was rescued and relayed to a rehab facility where it will be cared for until healthy enough to be released back into the wild.
