In the last 18 months I’ve ran to 92 football grounds but didn’t get to see a live game at any of them. Today I’m going to my first live game in 2 years! Might be a bit excited ⚽️ up the dale Rochdale AFC

Top day at the dale, If there is anything going to all these grounds during a pandemic taught me about football it’s how much lower league clubs need and thrive off the local support. your local clubs need you, Now more than ever! go support them! Use them or lose them. ⚽️

What’s the point getting a medal if you can’t show it off? Felt like I earned this one at Manchester Marathon yesterday. Not my best run due to a mix of things and had to dig deep second half but I got it done and an hour of my pb! Well done to the crowds you were amazing!
