ITIN filers pay into government programs like Medicare but cannot access them…make it make sense.

Denying people access to critical government benefits, like tax credits, because of their immigration status means families will have a harder time accessing the resources they need to care for themselves and their loved ones. That includes mixed-status families too.

It’s pretty straightforward: Everyone deserves to access to critical care and support *especially* when their taxes fund the programs.
