New Zealand just had its first 4 cases in 102 days, so she locked down Auckland immediately.
The whole damn city for 4 people. That's FEARLESS leadership.
I'm so jealous.
Black women and women of color have long been underrepresented in elected office and in November we have an opportunity to change that. Let's get to work.

1. Breaking: Kamala Harris, the daughter of Jamaican and Indian, immigrants, is Joe Biden's pick for vice-president.
She is the first Black person and the first Indian person to be selected as a running mate for a major party candidate.
"She's the first Asian-American Woman VP candidate, the first Black woman VP candidate, the first Black VP candidate period, and the first Howard University alumni. An HBCU has sent a woman to the vice presidential ticket. That is it."
@JoyAnnReid on Kamala Harris.
It's going to be terrible to watch the next couple of months as folks who hate Black women are going to say horrible, horrible things about an outspoken Black woman and pass it off as legitimate political critique.
