The art of plating & design is critical to generating “word of mouth” publicity for any hospitality business. Today culinary students are practicing garnishing techniques with basic staple consumables & applying chemistry concepts such as sugar crystallization along the way!

🎨This week 1st year culinary students are exploring the world of color theory and the impact it has on food products. Students produced a cookie color wheel with only primary food dyes and a lot of communication & critical thinking!

Art of plating & design assessment production labs this week’s have been utterly breathtaking!!! I’m so proud of each grade level for their creativity and execution!! Keep up the phenomenal work! 💪🏼⚡️
