Guys, have you watched “Take Your Pills: Xanax” on Netflix? I thought it was really good! I don’t take #Xanax (mom and sister do) i take Valium sometimes… and it does talk about benzos and SSRIs, but more importantly talks about anxiety with an interesting approach #bipolarclub

Hi #bipolarclub! Can we make a thread of so called “tools” to cope with anxiety, depression, panic attacks? I will start with: being aware of your breathing 😮‍💨 some smartwatches (like Apple Watch) have a Mindfulness app and it makes you concentrate in your breathing. It helps.

So, yesterday, I received a drunken message from my bipolar mom… I am officially disinherited from their will, apparently. As if I wanted to go back to that miserable town.
