per WINA just now, exoneration stems from video a PI obtained from Cosner Bros showing one of the assaults. states video was also obtained by the police but deemed not relevant.

My oldest is now doing a lot more biking/walking/transit to get around town, which is only radicalizing me more in my belief that for the sake of safety and accessibility we need to de-center cars in the city’s transportation planning.
