Really disappointed with QVC UK who I have been a customer of for over 10 years. They are unable to get their carriers to pick up damaged TV which arrived before Xmas. But they somehow still manage to collect my easy payments for this items. Your customer service is terrible

How sad that a major motoring company Marshall Motor Group in Kidlington has no understanding of customer service and the anxiety they have caused my autistic daughter. You want her to travel over 80 miles back to them after selling her a faulty car.
