My vulnerability makes some people uncomfortable, but I’m not here to play it safe.

1️⃣7️⃣3️⃣1️⃣ days since I joined my first therapy session. 5️⃣7️⃣4️⃣ days since made the decision surrender my will to the Lord. 3️⃣6️⃣3️⃣ days since I began my emotional sobriety journey. 2️⃣5️⃣5️⃣ days sober from alcohol. 1️⃣6️⃣1️⃣ days of letting go of the lie that I’ll always be stuck.

🙏🏼 Sanctification is a process. ✝️ I don’t believe the lie anymore that I’ll always be codependent or stuck. In Christ, healing is possible, freedom is real, and every step forward is proof of His grace.

Healing isn’t linear, but it’s worth every step.
