Today we are learning about Kwanzaa with our remote FDK class! The first principle is Umoja, Unity. We drank from a unity cup, shared about the people we are grateful for, and made red, green and black paper chains with our friends' names on them. ❤ our class community! #hwdsb

Today in remote FDK we read the book Santa Claus is Green about how to have an eco-friendly winter break! Then we repurposed old holiday cards, pictures, and magazines into ornaments/tags and other gifts to help cut back on waste during the holidays. #hwdsb #EcoFriendlyChristmas
