For this vision to happen, a lot of change is needed. Our recommendations are intended to start this programme of change.

I was really pleased to be a special adviser as a person with lived experience to this committee alongside Jon Glasby. The voice of people with lived experience was really listened to throughout & I think a powerful example that things can be done differently.

I am me. I have unique views. I am different. I believe my autism has influenced this. I believe in forgiveness of all and second, third etc chances because God allows me this through his son Jesus Christ. God puts no limit on forgiveness so neither do I. God is the judge not me.

BBC Newsnight welcome you talked about social care but I heard tonight: 'vulnerable & frail' 'elderly & infirm' 'people who need looking after'. This language is not helpful & you never mentioned 1/3 are working age adults like me (I am none of the above)...

Agreed, having just got on a train (without the prebooked assistance being there 🤷‍♀️) train travel is already stressful & often puts disabled people off travelling. These stealth staff cuts will make it almost impossible for many to travel or get the assistance they need.
