These 4th graders rocked adding and subtracting decimals! After they answer a question and show their work, they got to play a friendly game of Jenga! #rogersfrisco2020

At meet the teacher all students received this mystery gift and on the first day we all wore our bracelets. I love building a classroom community from day 1!

We have been learning about patterns in the sky and moon phases. Students were so excited to put what they have learned into action making moon phases out of Oreos! 🌘

We have been working on balanced equations with addition and subtraction. Students had so much fun playing scoot to decide if the equations were true or false!

Today we got lost at the pumpkin patch and needed to solve the clues to get out before the bus left! Students were so engaged and had to work together to complete addition and subtraction problems to crack the code!

Today we read balloons over Broadway and learned all about the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade! Students created their own balloon for the parade on Seesaw.

Math review, but make it fun! Students worked together as a team to solve each problem. When they got the right answer, 1 student from the team could come play ring toss. Students were engaged, learning, and working together!

We did a math and literacy digital breakout where students got in groups to solve 9 different challenges. Each challenge they completed, they received a new digital puzzle piece. All students were engaged and had so much fun!
