Today was an amazing day in Mrs. Dutton’s Gr. 1 class at Algonquin PS! We learned that Indigenous beadwork is communication- all the patterns and colours have meaning (eg wampum belts and regalia). We then made our own personal bead strings to communicate about ourselves! Thames Valley DSB
