My new book will be out on July 19th. It’s about reducing anxiety but much more. Practical strategies for typical primary issues (panic attacks, anger, school refusers etc.) as well as ways to integrate discussion about difficult emotions into the curriculum, acting as therapy.

My new book has a whole section on creating a compassionate school. Don’t be fooled- it has rigour too - written by Kate Moss, the head of a Glos primary school, with an impressive academic background and who worked in several mental health settings before moving into education.
