Kids are not complicated. They like to feel supported, encouraged, and valued -- same as teachers.

I have definitely found that the most important question I can ask my students is “Are you okay?”

One thing my OCD will not let me do is leave it for Monday. My week has to be planned out, especially my Monday. It makes the coffee taste so much better. 😃
