Mr. President, we have known each other for a long time. We have not always agreed. But our meetings are always candid, straightforward, and useful. Yesterday was no different. Our nations may be in competition, but that doesn't mean we can't compete responsibly.

In my address to the PABSEC Summit today, I stressed that cooperation between Black Sea nations and our partners can restore global food market stability. We proved it. Stability in the Black Sea leads to the security of everyday living for dozens of countries, from Morocco to

The geography of our cooperation to strengthen Ukraine’s air shield is very wide. Not everything can already be revealed, but one thing is certain: Ukraine is constantly getting stronger. Our air defense capabilities are increasing. Of course, they do not yet provide complete

My brother died because of 9/11. With all of these young people who were not even born then sharing the Bin Laden letter now on Tik Tok, beyond being horrified and disgusted at the support for terrorism in America, it is time to ban Tik Tok in this country.

You’ve heard of girl math, but what about Republican math? This week, Republicans tried to blame older Americans for our growing national debt—but in 2017, they passed tax cuts for the wealthy that added $1.8 TRILLION to the debt. Republican math doesn't add up.

Last night I signed a bill preventing a government shutdown. It’s an important step but we have more to do. I urge Congress to address our national security and domestic needs — and House Republicans to stop wasting time on extreme bills and honor our bipartisan budget agreement.

It looks as if Judge Cannon will succeed in stalling Trump's trial on the documents case until after election day. Trump 2.0 would feature a judiciary with more and more Judge Cannons, a president wielding the pardon power to allow his appointees free range, etc. I'm alarmed.

I have been asked time after time over the past year and a half, “Is there any hope for America’s Democracy and, if there is, where is it to be found?"

@judgeluttig (@judgeluttig) 's Twitter Profile Photo

I’ve always answered, “Yes, there is always hope, even in the midst of seeming hopelessness, and we can find that hope in the American People.  The American People will never allow their democracy to fail."

The new Supreme Court "code of ethics" has no enforcement mechanism and no way for the public to lodge complaints of misconduct. SCOTUS Justices are being allowed to police themselves, which they've already proven they can't do. Is it any wonder why Americans don't trust them?
