Look at how the “Federalist Society list” (which the Federalist Society never considered or approved) was actually created. Was there a deal?

Look at how Kavanaugh worked around not being on the initial “Federalist Society list” and got greenlighted by the billionaires without complaint.

Study the record of right-wing front groups who appear in “amicus flotillas” to direct outcomes at the Court. Look at funding and coordination.

House subpoenas can’t be filibustered by Senate Republicans (ask Bannon/Navarro about House subpoenas). Beware that Leo might skip the country.
