Silly theory time. The more stressed Crowley is the tighter his snake tattoo gets and the loops it gets.

Today I learned there's a population of Pelagic Sea Snakes(Hydrophis platurus) in the Golfo Dulce on the Pacific side of Costa Rica that are almost entirely solid yellow which is pretty rad. 1st two photos should Golfo Dulce individuals and the second 2 show typical individuals.
