Yesterday, we held our ‘Meet the Contractor’ event for Section 2 Phase 1 of the A435 Cheltenham to Bishop’s Cleeve Cycleway with Gloucestershire CC County Council at Cheltenham Tigers Rugby Club. Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to the success of the event.

We held a Design our Christmas Card competition for Gloucestershire students & are thrilled to announce Eve (8) from Dunalley Primary School won 2nd place! Her creative design earned her a £30 voucher & £60 for her school. Congratulations, Eve!

Congratulations to Aadhya (8) from Churchdown Parton Manor Junior School, our 1st place winner in the Design our Christmas Card Competition! Her magical winter wonderland design, with candy cane pipe cleaners, earned her a £50 voucher & £60 for her school!

Last week, our social value coordinator and team visited the Wotton Co-op to donate essential Christmas food and toiletries to Stroud District Foodbank. This vital lifeline supports struggling families, and we’re proud to contribute and encourage others to get involved.

Today, we will begin works on the B4058 Rushmire Hill Geotechnical Remediation Scheme for Gloucestershire CC . From approximately 9.30am today, we will be imposing a full 24 hour / 7 day a week road closure for the duration of the scheme until summer 2025. Please follow the diversion route.

REMINDER: A435 Cheltenham to Bishop’s Cleeve Cycleway & Wellington Road Overnight road closure tonight from 8pm-6am on the Wellington Rd / A435 Evesham Rd junction to install a temporary mini roundabout. From 6am Tue 14 Jan, the roundabout will be operational. Approach with care.

A435 Cycleway (2.1) Thank you for your patience during the road closures on the A435 between Hyde Lane and Bishop’s Cleeve roundabout. Tonight (24th Jan), two-way temporary signals will be in place from 7pm to 6am to install new road markings. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Temporary two-way traffic signals are in place on the A435 between Cheltenham Racecourse roundabout and the GWSR bridge for fencing work. From Tues 4th March, they’ll operate 24/7 for approximately 3 days. Updates will follow if this changes. Thank you for your patience.
