Wow Amazon / Amazon Help customer service is the worst. THEY sent ME the wrong item. Said I had to drive to return it or pay a pick up fee. After 40 wasting minutes, they still had me pay the pickup fee but issued a promotional credit to offset it. Why do I pay for Prime again?
