Please replace the ABC Test in the #PROAct with the IRS Test. The latter is inclusive of freelancers who make up a modern economy and who don’t want to be hired as employees. Tammy Duckworth please don't destroy this constituent's livelihood by passing this bill as is.

Be careful if you use Walmart 's Grocery Pickup service. They started to prompt you to get items not available for pick up shipped to you. They don't clearly disclose a $5.99 under minimum order fee I got charged. Wouldn't refund. Never choose to ship. Walmart Help

Wow Amazon / Amazon Help customer service is the worst. THEY sent ME the wrong item. Said I had to drive to return it or pay a pick up fee. After 40 wasting minutes, they still had me pay the pickup fee but issued a promotional credit to offset it. Why do I pay for Prime again?
