It was great to be with Bronwyn Halfpenny and the teams from Riverlee and Haven Home Safe this morning to turn the first sod on the New Epping development. When completed, it will provide 151 new social housing homes, giving more Victorians access to safe and secure housing.

Milestone day for Haven Home Safe Hon Richard Wynne broke ground on 151 social housing apartments at New Epping and we cemented our Public-Private Partnership with Victorian Government Victorian Dept of Families, Fairness & Housing @CityWhittlesea and developer Riverlee to deliver quality affordable homes for people in Melb's north.

Yesterday was the official groundbreaking of the new $2 Billion New Epping project. When completed, the community will encompass151 affordable home which will be operated by Haven Home Safe. #AffordableHousing
