What an incredible first week 3-1FI! From number talks to collaborative tasks, outdoor games and even our very first DDW assembly! I can’t wait for an exciting year with my amazing students 🎉☺️

After a week of reviewing our learning skills, 3-1FI was ready to add our leaves to our learning tree today with our goals for the year!

Week two was another great success! 3-1FI tackled patterning, kicked off our Ontario unit and even built our first growth mindset chart for the year! Can’t wait to see what week three will bring 🎉😃

With another amazing week coming to a close, 3-1FI had some incredible new experiences like using our DPA cart for the first time, learning more about local temperatures and getting their picture taken on Picture Day! 🏀 ☀️ 📷

Today, 3-1FI took part in the Toy Box Challenge! The mission was to fill a toy box with exactly $20.00 worth of toys! Students worked hard to add their prices together using our three digit addition strategies!
