Some (old) learning based on my 100% reject rate this year 😄 - Do as reviewers tell you, even if [add your own grumble] - Cite many papers from their journal - Don't be interdisciplinary, it's irrelevant to readers - Don't use innovative methods, reviewers won't recognize them
