Overwhelmed by staff & students’ kindness yesterday, which marked my last day at Outwood Academy Hemsworth. A tough day but feeling positive about moving closer to family & friends and joining the team back at Outwood Acklam. Term 1 as an ECT completed & time for a well-earned rest!🎄✨

Year 9 Geography Fieldwork 🌎 🗺️ Year 9 students today went on a reward trip for geography to Cod Beck Reservoir to carry out rivers fieldwork. The rain stayed away and the sun shone, all were brilliant.

The most special end to my time at Acklam with the best team. From starting as a receptionist almost 4 years ago to training and beginning my teaching career, it’s been a whirlwind of a journey with memories & friends made for life ❤️ eeek now to go and live the London life! 🌍🏙️
