Booking train tickets for a school trip is more hard work than it should be

400+ pupils evacuated. Most were eating their lunch in the hall, some were playing outside whilst the others were in lessons. All because I burnt my bagel 😳 I could have thrown up I was that mortified.

Structure strips have really helped Y4 organise their writing, especially when combined with a separate ‘planning’ session. Going to start using them more often!

My daughter's Y3 teacher is the absolute GOAT. She single-handedly crocheted a mini-me of each kid in her class as an end of year gift. Approx. 8hrs per doll. Even the hairstyles and clothes are spot on. What a legend.

If there's one workshop/visit/day I'd recommend any school tries to find the money to invest in, it's Rock Kidz. The children absolutely love it, so do the staff, every single kid gets involved, the anti bullying/kindness message is great, soo much music. Love it love it love it.

Honestly, I hate shit like this! I am a ft working mum. Breakfast club is not about others feeding my kids, it’s a place for me to drop them off at 7:30am when I have to be in work, and don’t have anyone else to look after them! Also, it costs me a fortune that I don’t have 😩
