First we set our goals, then we achieve them!!! So proud of these kids for working so hard and persevering though everything the past couple of years 🙂

You know what I love about this profession... at one time I was encouraging Cailin Hasson during her internship. Now she is cheering me on as I begin my pursuit towards my Masters degree. Educators motivate each other and help one another eliminate the self doubt.

Today we celebrated the end of the year by finishing reading Because of Winn Dixie and having a Winn Dixie themed party with pickles, “Littmus Lozenges”, peanut butter sandwiches, and dump punch! We even had the yellow & pink streamers with the dog pictures 🙂

This year we came up with an adjective to describe each one of our beautiful students to use as ornaments 🤍 We are always teaching kids to be kind to others, but they need to learn to be kind to themselves too and know how incredible they are!
