It may be a rival paper, but I am so pleased this issue has been taken up - I've been talking about it to anyone who will listen (thanks Times Radio and Shelagh Fogarty etc) for months now, partly in self-interest.

Weeks ago we wrote to the Matt Hancock about this and they passed the buck back to hospitals - if we can come up with national rules to get people into pubs, we can come up with rules to help ensure noone gives birth or has a scan on their own...
