Lovely day of fundraising today. I hosted a raffle for Macmillan Cancer Support in Cardiff Metropolitan University. £116.20 was raised which is outstanding and I am so grateful to everyone who donated. Diolch ITE Cardiff Met for helping today!

A nice day for an outdoor visit to the coast and experience Dunraven Bay Vale Council 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🇺🇦. Pupils in Year 9 enjoyed their coastal fieldwork and studying coastal processes to compliment their in class learning Miss Thole Ysgol Gyfun Tredegar ECM ☀️

What a wonderful time in CP1. I will miss teaching in Ysgol Gyfun Tredegar with Geography Dept YGTCS but now onto CP2 where I will be able to carry on my journey to become a qualified geography teacher!

Last lesson I asked pupils how they preferred to learn. I listened to them and put this into practice with their lesson today. Their confidence grew so much and they were able to give answers in depth. Always listen to pupil voice!

1 year later and I have finally graduated from Aberystwyth University with my Geography degree!
