"Looking Back, Looking Forward" is a great theme for this year's #MIOER Summit. At Thursday's keynote, Nicole Allen highlights the insidious things large publishers have been recently trying: marketing "equitable access" and shifting to subscription services that look like Netflix.

Nicole Allen shares a closing thought: Even with the challenges ahead, the work done with Open Education so far shows us that this is possible, and we can do it! Do what you can from where you are, whatever that is, at whatever level. Small actions can change the world. #MIOER
