6 years ago I was at rock bottom. Addicted to cocaine and alcohol. Most nights I'd go to sleep wishing I wouldn't wake up. Today, just over 5 years sober, I graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Therapeutic Counselling. Life can get better. Talk to someone. Reach out. Ask for help!
