To be world class means to work hard and maximize your talents. But it also means to rest, recover, and take care of yourself so that you can function at a world class level. And it is just as important as the hard work.

Very true!! We each need to self-evaluate and reflect upon our leadership style and the impact it has on morale and productivity.

Very good points. Unfortunately people like to use buzzwords but either do not specify what the expectations are or haven’t evaluated the detrimental perception possibly caused by their use.

With respect to the Chairman, law requires school construction funds be spent solely on school facility projects. These funds cannot be used for salaries. This illustrates why HB6 does not address the teacher shortage. @kasaedleader
