Tragic that only 47% Royal College of Midwives 💙 members voted & even though 88% of those that did so voted for industrial action it doesn’t meet the threshold. So we are destined to have little political clout & remain undervalued & underpaid. There is a lot of disillusion, burnout & anger 🤷‍♀️
