A productive morning with Midleton Tidy Towns. Great to team up with such a dynamic group of volunteers, including Clodagh Harrington . Special word of thanks to Fiona & Susan who co-ordinate so much of the activity and liaison with the Council.
Another uplifting morning with Midleton Tidy Towns. The town centre was generally in good condition. Community spirit is strong among the group and new volunteers continue to join.

Great to be out again with Midleton Tidy Towns. We tackled some of the walkways near Ballyannan woods. Aside from the festering troves of dog-poo bags, an uplifting morning of community spirit!
Important to have Midleton looking its best for the St. Patrick's Day parade today. Midleton Tidy Towns were out in force this morning. Aside from the odd nest of cigarette butts & cluster of fruit peelings, the town centre was in good condition. Looking forward to the parade later!

Great weather for Midleton Tidy Towns's outing this morning and much to be done. A committed & hard-working core group of volunteers with more joining us all the time. It was satisfying to able to separate quite a volume of cans for the Deposit Return machines.

Great to be out with Midleton Tidy Towns earlier, around the Mill Road, the train station and Park St, as well as under the bridge near Market Green. Lesson of the day was to bring a separate bag for Deposit Return containers.
A smaller group out with Midleton Tidy Towns this morning. A few teeming bins to contend with but much of town was in very good condition. We hope to have more of a focus on biodiversity initiatives & place-making in the coming months. New volunteers are v welcome.

Great to be back out with Midleton Tidy Towns this morning. Again, much of town was in good condition. Some grim deposits by the bridge near Market Green but overall an encouraging outing. New volunteers always welcome.
Productive morning with Midleton Tidy Towns. We picked up three large weighty bags of unknown material, dumped over the Cork Road bridge, along with a perfectly intact scooter.
The rain held off for much of this morning's Midleton Tidy Towns outing. The unchecked blight of dog fouling - grotesquely evident today - requires a change in policy by Cork County Council. We need a more proactive, tougher approach - to recruit more litter wardens & provide dog fouling bins.
