Staying positive doesn’t mean you ignore the challenging situation or turn a blind eye. It means you see possibilities and solutions and keep working to create a positive future.

In order to stand out, we have to know what we stand for.

The words we speak matter. That’s why I believe we need to speak words of truth and hope not only to ourselves but to others as well. Here are 20 things we should say more often if we want to make the world more positive…

Life is an echo. What you send out, comes back. What you sow, you reap. What you give, you get. What you see in others, exists in you. Happy Sunday.

We call someone leader not because they are in charge but because they have the courage to go first. To risk first. To trust first. First into the unknown.

Treat people right. Appreciate them, encourage them, support them and make them feel like they matter (because they do). Do this at home, at work, at school, at the store, etc. Do this with people you know and people you don't. Try your best every day to make someone else's day.

You never know when you’re at a meeting what kind of messages you will get from back home. On a good note, the birds are even encouraging to come to school!
