Effective January 1, 2024, CA employers must provide an updated LC section 2810.5 notice updating employees about "emergency or disaster declarations." Fortunately, the CA DIR has recently unveiled its new template that employers may use: dir.ca.gov/dlse/lc_2810.5… CalSHRM
