Abby Rolfe, a senior at Port Jefferson, just finished an incredible varsity baseball season, hitting .438. For her efforts she is now the first young woman to be named as All-County in baseball in Section XI history. Incredible and legendary work, Abby!

Watch a teacher make roughly ~1,000 instructional decisions in about 45 seconds. Only a few of them are about the lesson but the lesson depends on ALL of them. This is one of the hardest things to explain about teaching to people who have never taught.

Just found out I may be teaching Algebra 2 for the first time in my almost 20-yr. career. I use @desmosclassroom for my Math 8 and Alg 1 and it went great. With Alg. 2 not due out until fall 2024 where are some good starting points, resources, etc. #iteachmath #mtbos Amplify
