He was deported from #Theresienstadt ghetto to #Auschwitz on 23 October 1944. He was murdered in a gas chamber with his mother Marie.

An execution wall between Block 10 (left) and Block 11 (right) which was built from special cement & sawdust insulation plaques to catch bullets, was dismantled. The sand from beneath the wall was removed, as it was soaked with blood to a depth of two yards.
