Hello, you cannot cure PCOS. You can absolutely manage the symptoms that affect you the most, but you cannot cure it. Diet, remaining active, and staying relaxed + resting are things to help you. Please see your doctor, not twitter.

If you have PCOS, the best thing you can do movement-wise is prioritizing heavy weight lifting. strength training. get into powerlifting if you can! being a cardio bunny will only make things worse. 3-4 days weight lifting a week, work with a coach if you can :)
