Francine is nearing landfall this evening as a Cat 2 storm. As it moves inland, we'll be on the 'right' side of the track (dirty side) -- and this leaves us with impacts. Rain showers and embedded storms start moving in, along with gusty winds and a low-end chance of a spin-up.
