So Biden’s $15 minimum wage comes out to $31,200 a year for a 40 hour work week. The starting salary for a beginning teacher in Texas is $33,660. So a person working a minimum wage job will be making almost the same as a teacher with a college degree. Does this make any sense? 🤷‍♂️

Today in 1966, the first Major League baseball game played on AstroTurf took place at the Houston Astrodome.

Pray that this nation would turn to God in repentance & faith in His Son, Jesus Christ. It’s through Christ that we can be reconciled w/ God—& w/ man. The Bible tells us, “Be kind & compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you” (Eph 4:32).

Pray for peace on our streets and for compassion for our fellow man. Pray for our law enforcement officers striving to serve in these difficult days, and pray for hurting and marginalized communities across this nation.
