Just been quoted £260 for RAC Care recover me & my vehicle (after paying £30 a month for the last 2 years) when broken down 20 miles away from home just because I told them I broke down next to a car garage and they told me I’m near a place of repair (the car garage was CLOSED)

🤣. My dad had to drive 100+ miles to recover me and leave my car where it was stranded overnight, does that not completely defeat the point of paying monthly for recover, customer service was awful (not usually one to moan lol)
