We're really pleased to tell you about a new class on a Tuesday evening at 6.30pm called Step & Sculpt. Step & Sculpt is 30 minutes of cardiovascular and strengthening exercises using a step and body weight. Perfect for improving fitness levels, burning fat and toning muscles.

Fantastic first Step and Sculpt Class. Running every Tuesday at 6:30. Places are limited so please book in.

An amazing and fun filled Zumba Class tonight !!! Come and join the fun every Monday at 11:15 and Thursday at 6:30. Crèche available for children.
