Our first block of Antenatal classes started last night The Wellbeing Hub Thanks to Lisa from the Birth and Baby Space for facilitating a helpful and interactive session. We aim to provide a relaxed, inclusive and safe space for parents to learn and support one another.

Today we began our adult holistic workshops with The Wellbeing Hub Many of the families tried acupuncture for the first time! “I thought it would hurt, but it feels like a weight has been lifted” We finished with group meditation followed by a tasty lunch and blether.

This week The Wellbeing Hub PEEK families took part in a group reiki session. Our #PEEKWellbeing groups are giving families a chance to try a range of holistic therapies, which they otherwise would not have the chance to explore. Thanks GCVS for making this possible
