Okay. So here is a lesson I learned so you don’t have to. When struggling with balance issues due to MS and you find yourself unable to ride a bicycle, DO: -Buy a tricycle so balance is no longer a barrier. -Ride with your family to test it out 1/2

2/2 DON’T -Make your first ride an aggressive trek. -Forget that your brain chooses not to talk with your feet when fatigued. Thank you for coming to my TED Talk. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Our Son Luke took his own life 3 days ago. He wasn’t perfect yet he was so perfect. We are broken. Parents. Be RELENTLESS with your kids. We were with Luke. We still didn’t see it coming. Annoy them with questions. It’s our duty. Pls RT & hopefully save others from this carnage.
