I’m a fan of nebulized TXA! Anecdote from residency: 40s F w/ massive hemoptysis iso DAH. Used nebulized TXA prior to intubation to help optimize and it worked extremely well such that we held off on ED intubation and she was safely monitored direct to OR for Bronch!
