Just went to Old Navy website and just like I have experienced before on their website...I again did not get the information needed it's almost like they do this to make you shop in store but with me...they push me back to Kohl's ...I don't know why I am shocked...same ole...

Wow so my uncle in law that resides with us has been diagnosed with #ALS He no longer can speak full sentences you can only understand just a couple words,well he's been having an issue with #Spectrum so my daughter calls with all the info to try to fix it...they HD the nerve ..

..to tell my daughter that the info she has could've been stolen and that Uncle would have to speak to them! My daughter then said I just told you he can not speak full sentences and so they said bring him in and add you to the account then and only then we will speak to you!???
